Equipping School Leaders for Global Multiplication
At YWAM’s University of the Nations (U of N), our calling goes beyond hosting courses — we're partnering in a mission to multiply high‑quality resources and make education accessible across cultures and continents.
As volunteer staff, we serve in the Provost Team, where we:
Design innovative training programs that equip current and emerging school leaders with tools for transformational education in their regions
Create practical systems and curriculum that can be multiplied across contexts, helping local educators deploy effective learning models in their own nations.
Support global accessibility of U of N training—helping deliver modules in nearly 100 languages at over 600 campuses in 142–160 countries
Our Impact
School Leaders Empowered: We help leaders who facilitate discipleship-based education and foster excellence grounded in character and faith-based education.
Resources Multiplied: Through our program design and training tools, educators are equipped to reproduce sustainable, high-impact schools.
Education Globally Accessible: From curriculum development to online cohorts and translation support, we’re helping make education relevant and reachable in over 80 nations around the world.
In essence, our role is to walk alongside leaders, from vision to implementation—to see education transformed, multiplied, and delivered in strategic ways to impact the nations.
